The timber frame built housing by Simpson Raine Ltd are finished to a high specification and testing was required to fulfill the Building Regulations. The sound testing was performed by Soundguard Acoustics and achieved a high level of sound insulation performance, the party walls exceeding the minimum Approved Doc E (ADE) test criterion by more than 10dB with excellent airborne and impact floor performances.
